What does the Verified badge cost?

CA$49 for properties in Canada and US$39 for properties in the United States, one-time per listing — plus any applicable sales tax, shown before you pay. There's no recurring charge. Our team reviews the listing after payment and the badge appears once approved — within 2 business days. If we can't verify it, you get a full refund.

Are there any booking fees?

None. Guests contact you directly via inquiry form. We don't process payments or take a cut of your bookings.
